Using Out-of-Network Benefits
Personal Profile
Nando Therapy is a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. However, many clients choose to seek reimbursement through their out-of-network (OON) benefits.
What Is a Superbill?
A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes information your insurance company may require to reimburse you for therapy services.

Superbills typically include:
-
Provider name and license information
-
Session date and duration
-
Diagnosis code (when clinically appropriate)
-
Service code and fee paid
How Reimbursement Works
